Ran on Monday and Tuesday this week. Ran 5k+ both days. My body is not back to were is was before getting sick. It seems to take me a long time to get used to running. The good thing is I really don’t hate running any more. I can go for as long as my body holds out. Until I get used to pounding the pavement my hip or knee will start tweaking a little. I wish I could hit the trail on the bike but all the rain has “washed” that out. So running will have to do. I also started a push up and sit up routine that is wearing me out. All this work is in preparation for the Dirty Duathlon coming up first weekend of November. I think the distance is 8 miles mountain bike, 5 mile run and then another 8 or so on the mountain bike. I am looking forward to it! Certainly the hardest thing I have done in a long time.
Nothing too speical on my these. Just getting the body adjusted to the concrete pounding.
The run tonight had some pretty good hills so that is part of the reason for the spikes on the graph.
