lineform_gameapp_large.jpg I have used Photoshop since version 3. In fact I have my original Photoshop 3 disc is perfect condition. I found it just the other day with all the stuff I have in the basement that I just can’t seem to give up and throw away. Terra calls me a pack rat but I am no were close to that. But one thing I have never jumped on board with was Illustrator. To tell you the truth I never had the need. I seems to always get by with doing everything in Photoshop for better or worst. Then you have Freehand and I never liked working in it. I recently came across Lineform. It is a vector application that I have started to really like. Here is a quick blurb from the website.

“Winner of a 2006 Apple Design Award, Lineform is the ideal Mac app for vector-based diagrams and illustrations. Useful features combine with a simple interface to create a wonderfully intuitive artistic
process. Lineform has all of the most popular tools, including everything from freeform gradients to compositing effects, enabling you to create the designs you want without getting in your way with
“features” you don’t need.”

I find it very easy to use but I have a feeling that my buddy Jason is not going to drop Illustrator for it any time soon. But go out to their website and check it out. Very nice vector application for the mac if you are looking for an alternative to Illustrator or Freehand.
