I have been wanting to play around with camera toss photography. Tonight I gave it a try and these are the fruits of my labor. If you can tell me what light source I used for these you will be awarded a free beer at the House of Husar.
What is camera toss photography you are probably asking. When it is easy. Take your camera, set the shutter to 1 to 4 seconds, toss it in the air. There you have it, camera toss photography.
If you think these are pretty cool to look at then join the Camera Toss Flickr Community. And if you don’t have a Flickr account then get one. It is the best photo site on the web hands down.

Thanks to picture #5, I will say the light source is a Guinness Stout neon light.
My wife got me that Guinness of ebay I think. I knew if would take a Guinness fan to figure it out. Next time you pass into Iowa you are welcome to stop by for a pint or two at the House of Husar.
Cheers Scott.
Nice Ed, I’ve been wanting to try this too but haven’t made the time. Good job though, especially for the first attempt!
Yesterday I used just lights. But I read some good info today about doing it with an LCD monitor. I will try that tonight and see what happens.
