Friday Nights at the House of Husar
This is about how it goes these days at the House of Husar on a Friday night. Ella and Noah on the xBox 360. Marlee is out and about doing what 14 year old girls do (I don’t want to know). Me on the Mac listening to Pandora. Currently I am listening my Pogues station and Hell’s Ditch is playing at the moment. I was playing World Gold Tour trying to beat my best score. I am sucking on a Boulevard Irish Ale. It is a seasonal brew from KC’s finest brewery. You can get it at HyVee.
I really did not post about it but on Friday I got neutered. Fixed. It was an experience for sure. The noise was the worst. A lot of snipping, cutting, and stapling sounds. The sound is what was the freakiest part. Yea, the sounds for sure. But it was no where near the pain of my tattoo on the ribs and hip. That was real pain!
The doctor I went to doesn’t use needles for the numbing and that was a good thing. I am not sure what he used but it sounded just like a stapler. Did about 5 of them. No pain just a strange sound in my nether region. Very strange. A new experience for sure. Not really like any other experience to tell you the truth. Not much pain at all and it only took a few minute after you wait 5 minutes for the numbing to take place. At one point I almost started to bust out laughing. I really had to hold it back. I was on the table naked except for my shirt. I had one of those hospital material sheets on me to cover up. The nurse walked in, lifted up the sheet to look at my privates and said, “Oh yea, this looks REEEEAL nice.”
I am not making that up at all. Scouts honor, cross my heart. I just about lost it. It took everything I had not to laugh.
Oh yea, I took this photo. They really need to close their waste bins. Some nasty stuff in there.

Are you a Pogues fan? OMG that is way cool! My hubby is actually going to Chicago to see the Pogues in March!

cj, I am a huge Pogues fan. You need to get on Pandora and check out the Pogues station. Good stuff. I have never seen them in concert… yet!
Drake, I never even though that someone might think the photo was of me. That is too funny.
So your saying that you used all those razors in the photo for your ‘prep’ work…. that is horrible. A weekly trim should be on your planner jungle boy.
