More Ink Work Today

More Ink Work Today We are in KC about ready to head back home. We hung out with friends on Saturday night and played poker and a gamed Apple to Apples. It was pretty fun.

Today I had my second ink appointment at The Mercy Seat. I did a 3 hour session. I was more nervous this time compared to my first time. Ignorance was bliss I guess the first time. I was not expecting it to hurt as much at it did the first session I had. Today was the opposite. I was expecting the pain but it was no where near what I felt the first session. Only about fifteen minutes of the 3 hours or so really hurt. The rest was okay. Today I had shadows done around the geisha and the rest of the dragon outline done on my arm. Mark freehanded the dragon’s tail in. The photo you see is just a quick one from my cell phone. I will upload some others when we get home. No color yet but we talked about the dragon color and the geisha colors so I think we have all that straightened out.

  1. how exciting to start talking color. I’m glad it didn’t hurt as bad, perhaps because your ribs weren’t as subjected? Can’t wait to see it colored up.
