My Daughter Likes What?

My daughter has been impressing me more and more lately. First she started liking worthy music or music that I would consider actually music. About two weeks ago she said, “Dad, you have to so watch this movie. It is LIKE frickin’ amazing. LIKE I am serious!“. The movie turned out to be Across the Universe. I have to admit it is a great movie. It is a musical but don’t let that make you not want to watch it. The entire movie is Beatles songs.

What is going one here! Am I on some secret video show? This can’t be right.

The movie is really good and the actors sing all the songs in the movie. The soundtrack is all the songs right from the movies. So last night we downloaded the soundtrack since she wanted it on her iPod. We sat around and listened to it then I put on some versions from the Beatles. It is too cool.

I still can’t get over that she likes the Beatles.
