What Am I Thinking?
Well, I am not sure what I am thinking lately but I have been running a lot. Thursday here was my workout.
- Hurdle Jumps. 3 hurdles, double foot jumps is succession.
- Hurdle Bounds. 3 hurdles, 5 step run up bounding over and landing on same leg.
- 100m, 200m, 200m, 400m, 200m
-Box jumps
Legs were jello after. Taking the weekend off. The legs need it.
