I can't wait to see it in 20 years, when you are 60 and it is all shriveled and wrinkly. You can bet that I'll be making fun of you!

(side note, I do think your tatoo is neat, just a little crazy too!)

I got a tattoo while serving in the Air Force. It's on the upper arm in the cliched position one would expect. I have a couple more session with the laser guy before it's finally removed. Once it's gone I plan to replace it with something else...but I'm sure I'll cover that issue someday in my blog ;-)

Ed,

I originally found your site through flickr and I must agree the journey is quite amazing from seeing the "concept" to the actual product. Looks great and can't wait to see more of the dragon work

That is some cool color, but I'm not sure I would do something like that for myself.

Skyler, I think three more three hour session and I will be done. I have 9 session in so far. We are all done with the Geisha for the most part. Mark mentioned he wanted to go back over the pagoda a little on the red. I have the dragon's almost done as well. The upper body will go much quicker. Other than the collar bone it will be smooth sailing on the pain factor. Easy stuff. I have a tattoo set on flickr that has the entire process photographed. Pretty cool to go through that from start to finish.

Hip bone is right in there. No fat at all for me right on the point of the hip. What did you have that you are getting it removed? Where is it?

One reason I waited so long to get a tattoo is that I knew I would regret anything I would have gotten at a young age.

Really great color detail, looks amazing. How many sitting do you have left? I know the dragon/arm has some work to be done yet, but wasn't sure how much was left.

Yow! From what I've heard, the most painful places to get a tattoo is on the ribs, the ankle, behind the ear, and above the eyebrows. It's the places where there's not much flesh floating above the bone that's the worst.

I'm currently in the process of having a tattoo removed. Believe you me, it's much more painful getting them removed than having the applied...
