Looks like the Amie Street Music Wednesdays are back. Amie Street just released their new 3.0 player. ASMW is about bloggers like me who enjoying sharing music with their visitors. It happens every Wednesday (duh!) so you can to expect see me posting again about my ASMW suggestions. I just dropped $22.50 in my Amie Street account to get ready for the Wednesday festivities going forward.

I know it is not Wednesday but I have to share the new player with you so you can see what it looks like. I really like the new player layout but it has some issues that need addressing. It will default to either your page width or a div width which is nice. But here is the issues, after the player is done playing the sample track it shows vertical and horizontal scroll bars. U G L Y! Those should be turned off by default in the Flash movie. Also a major bummer is the iPhone doesn’t support Flash so the player won’t work on the iPhone. Also, the links right above the player should be link to jump out to a new window. They current will load over your blog unless you edit the links manually.
