Ride to Work
Had a nice ride into work today. It has been a while since I jumped on the fixie for a ride anywhere. Pretty sure the weather won’t cooperate with me for the rest of the week to allow for a ride into work.
Colorado was a great time. I have a good amount of video to process. My first attemp to use the Flip for live music was pretty successful. I am excited to see what I can do with the videos from the low light of a live venue. The addition of the wide angle lens was awesome. Extreamly happy the the results.
We had a good amount of snow dumped on us in Evergreen Colorado at our friend’s house. I shot a bunch of short 15-20 second videos of the snow. I will combine them to make a short movie with some music on to of it.

Living in San Diego, we don’t get snow, but I can appreciate the change in the seasons in other parts of the country. The wife and I have made a pact that if we ever win the lottery we’ll buy a house in Wisconsin and live a portion of the year next to her parents, regardless of the weather!
Having grown up in WI I can’t really say I would move back there if I won the lottery. But you never know.
