30 Mile Saturday Ride
Noah and I set out on Saturday to get in a long ride downtown. I was on my Swobo fixie and Noah on his mountain bike. I tracked the rout from our house to the Capitol building which was half way.

We stopped for lunch along the way. That helped Noah keep his energy up. He was complaining about his legs hurting about 12 miles but we pushed on through and kept going.
It started to rain on the way back. Nothing major, just some minor sprinkles that felt pretty good. Here are a few photos from the ride.
Tonight my legs are pretty fried. But I am losing fat pretty noticeably now. Legs are getting stronger for sure. Looking forward to another month of riding and I think I will be were I want with my weight. I think I will start to put in some running over the next couple of weeks. Nothing long just a few miles here and there to switch up the body mechanics from riding to running.
