Terra has never rode a subway before. We went down to Hollywood Blvd. one night to get in our tourist fix. It was $30 for a cab and $2.50 on the subway. You have to love mass transit systems! Our second day in CA we rented beach cruisers and rode from Hermosa Beach to Santa Monica. 30 miles round trip on rented bikes is always a challenge but the view was incredible. We started out the day eating breakfast at Hennessey’s. The girls lead the way as me all gawked at multiple-million dollar beach houses and dreamed about winning the lottery.
