She Swings, She Sways #11 on eMusic
I was just finishing up my 75 music downloads on eMusic for December and realized that She Swings, She Sways are on the top downloads page. #11 as I write this blog post in fact. Holy crap! That is too cool since they are local boys on the Authentic Label here in Des Moines. Very cool to see local talent doing so well outside the confines of the Midwest. Last month I joined Startup Schwag (http://www.startupschwag.com/). They are a Web 2.0 startup schwag & tshirt of the month club. For $20 a month you receive a shirt and 5 stickers (and possibly some other random tchochkies, etc **). For my first tshirt I got a Viddler shirt. UPDATE: Got the pricing and it is not cheap. 10yds x 15”: $116.50, 10yrds x 24”: 190.75, 10yrds x 30”: &233.35 I found this on Gizmodo today and I think I am going to try it on my fixie project. Instead of painting my frame cover it in reflective vinyl. Looks like they have different colors as well. Pretty sweet idea if I do say so myself. I will have to check into what it cost.
