35/80 Music Festival
Well, this weekend is Des Moines first 35/80 Music Festival. It is the first one I think the city has had of this size. You can check out all the details at http://www.80-35.com/. Terra and I went out to see Hello Dave last night at the Grand Piano Bistro in the East Village. Before the show we walked around a little and I took some photos of Terra. I need to get “approval” before I put any photos online. Hello Dave was an acoustic show with Tony (owner) on piano. It was good. Terra really likes Hello Dave and I have not really listened to them at a show before. They had three acoustic guitars and a bass plus the piano. Terra and the kids were going up to Wisconsin this weekend to meet her parents and see the grandparents. But a big snow storm was brewing up north so they canceled those plans.
