November 1st we made the jump from the xBox to the xBox 360. I modded my generation one xBox and it was great for using it like a true media center. Streaming MP3s, internet radio, movies, music videos, just about everything you could ever want. But with the xBox 360 out and my son’s birthday it was time to upgrade. So we now have the 360 and it is very nice but I miss all the old features of the modded generation one. Today I picked up the Nike+iPod Sports Kit. I have few buddies at work that use them to track their running. Now I can challenge them to a monthly mileage race. I will see if they want to see who can put on the most miles before Christmas. If nothing else it will give me some thing to shoot for. I always do much better when some kind of goal is set or I am competing against someone else. And if there is technology involved it makes it that much better.
