Friday’s work out was pretty good. Getting back into the swing of things with each gym visit. Feeling pretty good but still sore in places after each visit. Keeping up with a pre and post protein shakes. I have also started creatine again but only on workout days. Creatine is some nasty tasting stuff. I can’t tell you how sore I am from Sunday’s workout. My chest has been killing me. Enough so that I did not hit the guy until tonight. I guess I let things slip farther than I thought I did.
