Ink & Snow
I forgot I had tattoo work this weekend. After the travel mess the last few days driving down to KC is about the last thing I want to do. But I am on the road for a 3:00 session at The Mercy Seat. Looking forward to a little pain. It is mind clearing and good therapy for my constitution. I will drop a pin or two from The Mercy Seat while I am there. Photos of the new ink to follow later tonight. For now here is snow I am driving through right...

Here are a few photos from the third session. Finally some color on me. The geisha’s gown is green as you can see. Mark hand drew the little butterflies and I tell you what. They hurt like a mofo. With the red on the bridge, and orange and red on the leaves blowing in the air the colors should be...

I was not expecting it to hurt as much at it did the first session I had. Today was the opposite. I was expecting the pain but it was no where near what I felt the first session. Only about fifteen minutes of the 3 hours or so really hurt. The rest was...

My buddy Tyson came down to The Mercy Seat in Kansas City to shoot the tattoo work on Sunday. Tyson stood up in my wedding but it has been about two years since we had the change to hang out. Tyson did a great job on these. I plan to blow two of these up and frame them so i can give them to Mark as a tip on my next visit. Here are most of the photos in a Flickr slide show that Tyson took for me. Thanks a million Tyson! I have a few more that I took after Mark was done and I got back to the house and had a chance to get showered up. I will get them up in a day or two. But today I feel...
