Home to Adel Fixie Ride

The ride out to Adel and back is a great training ride for me. I jump on my fixie try to catch and pass as many of the geared riders as I can. When a lot of people are out on the trail it can be a really fun and challenging ride. I burn over 2000 calories on this ride so perfect for dropping a few pound. Janie Jones Movie Footage

The movie Janie Jones was being filmed in Iowa but I think the governor has pulled the plug on movie funding. So I am not sure if they are still working in the state or not. I guess we will have to wait for the movie to see if they cut any Iowa footage out of the final film. While driving from Des Moines to Denver for our vacation I needed something to pass the time. I decided to take a random photo with the QuadCamera app. Th QuadCamera app takes a set number of photo at a set interval and combines them into a single photo.
