The ride out to Adel and back is a great training ride for me. I jump on my fixie try to catch and pass as many of the geared riders as I can. When a lot of people are out on the trail it can be a really fun and challenging ride. I burn over 2000 calories on this ride so perfect for dropping a few pound. The movie Janie Jones was being filmed in Iowa but I think the governor has pulled the plug on movie funding. So I am not sure if they are still working in the state or not.
