Pints and Pool
It has been a while since I posted a photo from my cell. I am traveling for work and decided to put a pic up. Just a few pints and some pool at a local irish pub in Minneapolis. I usually forget something when I travel. Some times a razor to shave with or shorts to wear to the gym. But this trip I forgot my coat. It was warn enough at home when I left that I did not even think about it. Tonight we are going to get 4-6 inches in Minneapolis and I have no coat. Not even a light jacket. Just shirts. Nice one...

I remembered that I took a cell photo of the felt I ordered. This is not my table but is was black so it should give you a good idea of the color contrast. This color is called Paprika and will go great with the color that shows through on the black finish of the table and the irish colors in the basement. I will try to match the bar stool seat covers to the felt color if I can.

The pool table came today. After opening it up I was surprised to see that the tabel was really one part minus the legs, rails, and slate. I was expecting it to be in more parts. One of the main reasons I got it online was so I could get it down the stairs to the basement. I was a little worried that I would have to take it apart just to get it downstairs. My buddy Jason came over after work and we carried the 3 slate pieces down. They were heavy but not a much as I would have thought. It is a easy job for two people. I put in my order this weekend for a pool table for the basement. It is a black finish with some wood colors coming through. It should go great with the black and wood already in the basement. I went back and forth on the felt color. I ended up with a very bold orange. It should go great with the irish pub theme I have going on. Here is a photo of the table.
