While driving from Des Moines to Denver for our vacation I needed something to pass the time. I decided to take a random photo with the QuadCamera app. Th QuadCamera app takes a set number of photo at a set interval and combines them into a single photo. The plan was to take at least one phone at the top of each hour. Since I was limited to taking them at at the top of the hour I had to work with whatever was around me at the time. ...

This is a second video from our drive across the Rocky Mountain National Park. These clips are mostly from stops where we climbed up some of the more touristy stops. I did not get any video of it but we got caught in a big snow storm while walking around at about 12,500ft. It was cold as heck, windy, and the snow/hail was pounding us. This is the final Pike’s Peak video. This video is mostly at the top of Pike’s. It started snowing then hailing on us. To top it off there was a thunder storm as well. If you wait until the end my son and I were close enough to one of the lightening strikes that we felt it. My son said he could feel the electricity come out his hands. We headed up Pike’s Peak while on vacation. We pretty much made a day of it stopping all along the way so the kids could play. Of course I went with them with my trusty Flip UltraHD. In this video the kids and I get out and play for about 45 minutes at a large rock area. In Part 2 the kids are climbing around on the rocks while I filmed them.
