This is a new Center Trail video I shot with my helmet cam a few weeks ago. This time I have used Google Video service to do the streaming. This should help me keep the videos decent quality and download friendly. Since Ryan from the Central Iowa Trails Yahoo group did not like my song selection from my first trial video I chose something a little faster. Okay, this is the official release of my first Center Trail video. I have not had anyone willing to ride with me yet so you only have the trail to look at. If you are familiar with the Center Trails in Des Moines, IA then this trail starts at the brick shed by the lake and goes south. If you look at the following map this is the yellow trail. It has been raining for about a week now so no chance of getting on the trail. I knew the trails were going to be we but I really wanted to test the helmet cameral. I headed to Center trails today to see just how wet they were. I only grabbed a quick video on the trail. They were really to wet to drive but I could not resist. I also managed to get a few minutes on the paved trails as well. I think I am pretty happy with the camera placement on my helmet. This is about 12MB and the compresson is minimal.
